We’ve made an update to better serve our customers, by consolidating our stock online. To simplify your experience online, all pipes, fittings, flanges, and valves are now available from Fluid Control Cape Town. If you previously accessed these products through Trading Cape Town, you’ll now find them conveniently available under Fluid Control Cape Town instead.
This change only affects you if you currently have access to buy from Trading Cape Town.
What’s changing?
- From 08 April 2025, when you log in to shop.macsteel.co.za, pipes, fittings, and flange products that were previously under Trading Cape Town will now appear under Fluid Control Cape Town.
Why this is good news for you:
- One-stop shop: Get all your pipework and valve needs under one log in online.
- Streamlined buying: No more switching back and forth between branches to find products
- Same great service: Your login and access stay the same
What does this mean for you?
- You can continue using your usual username and password on shop.macsteel.co.za.
- If you had access to both Trading Cape Town and Fluid Control Cape Town on shop.macsteel.co.za, you’ll now see all pipes, fittings, flanges, and valves under on your Fluid Control profile. To view steel products, simply select your Trading Cape Town profile.
- If you already buy from Fluid Control Cape Town, you’ll now find pipes, fittings, flanges, and valves all in one place, under one log in — no need to switch between profiles to order pipes or valves.
If you don’t yet have access to Fluid Control Cape Town and would like to purchase valves, pipes, fittings, or flanges online, please contact us to help set up your profile.
