We’re continuously improving the Macsteel Online Shop to provide a better user experience for our customers. “Change Buyer Icon”As part of our latest update, the "Change Buyer" text link previously displayed next to the account information has been replaced with a dedicated Change Buyer icon in the top-right corner of the website.
What does this mean?
Customers who have access to multiple buyer accounts or sales organisations can continue switching between accounts exactly as before. The functionality has not changed - only the location and appearance of the feature have been updated to make it more visible and easier to access.
Where can I find it?
The Change Buyer icon is located in the top-right navigation area of the Online Shop, alongside your account options.
Who will use this feature?
This update applies to users who:
- Have access to multiple buyer accounts.
- Manage purchases across more than one sales organisation.
- Need to switch between authorised buyer profiles.
